Hello
My name is Anna Luna, and I am a Clinical Social Worker (MSW, CSW) and a proud tribal member of the Acoma Pueblo Indian Reservation in New Mexico. I am passionate about supporting youth and adults as they build self-regulation skills and reconnect with a sense of inner restoration.
I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from Loma Linda University in California, where I focused on working with diverse populations and supporting individuals through trauma and loss.
My Story
I am a survivor of childhood trauma, suicide loss, and infertility—experiences that deeply shape both who I am and how I show up as a therapist. Through my own healing journey, I felt a strong pull to become the person I needed as a child, and that purpose continues to guide my work.
I work with children, teens, and young adults as they navigate challenges such as changes in family dynamics (including divorce or new siblings), suicidal thoughts, relationship concerns, grief and loss, self-esteem struggles, trauma, and stress or anxiety. I use a DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and mindfulness-based approach to help clients build practical skills and emotional awareness.
I love helping people find their voice, set healthy boundaries, and reconnect with the version of themselves they want to see in the mirror. My calling is to help others feel safe, supported, and empowered, and I am truly honored to walk alongside my clients in their healing.
