Hello
I'm Bridgett Hilton, CSW, and I'm passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate life's ups and downs.
Originally from Gilbert, Arizona, I moved to Utah in 2019. I earned my Bachelor's in Psychology, graduating with honors, and my Master of Social Work from Utah Valley University.
My Story
I draw from person-centered, solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, and strengths-based therapies and strive to create an environment where every client feels seen and understood.
I am passionate about supporting young adults and adolescents as they navigate the unique challenges of these life stages. I have experience helping clients manage anxiety, depression, and improve their relationships by building effective communication skills and setting healthy boundaries.
I also have experience working with children, helping them cope with anxiety, depression, grief, and low self-esteem. I love using creative approaches like art, play, mindfulness, and psychoeducation to help children understand and manage their emotions.
Outside of work, I’m enjoying life as a new mom and love spending time with my husband and son. I also enjoy days at the beach, painting, running, traveling, reality TV, and tending to my ever-growing collection of house plants.
I am supervised by Dana Kroes, LCSW (9850877-3501).
